  • Group Therapy

Coping skills are often talked about when it comes to mental health, however it can be difficult to know when and how to use them. This 4 week group will take you through how to recognize when you may feel distressed and what that may feel like both emotionally and physically for you. Coping skills are not a one size fits all, and what may work for the person next to you, may not be as helpful to you...and that is okay! This group may also be helpful for parents, partners, friends, family members, etc who would like to learn coping skills to better support their loved one. If you are interested in attending please contact Abby at abby.carncross@everylittlefiber.com
