Taylor has had a growing interest in nutrition since childhood. Taylor grew up with a severe nut allergy. Prior to learning about how food physically impacts and works within the body, Taylor made note of the social importance that food has.
Taylor specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults recovering from eating disorders. Taylor works with clients to provide personalized meal plan, work on challenge foods, and help with the process of reintroducing physical activity. Taylor also believes in the importance of providing education to help client recognize disordered behaviors. Taylor's mission is to help people enjoy food and rediscover the joy of moving their body.
Taylor received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Bradley University. Taylor completed her dietetic internship at Mount Mary University.
Outside of work Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Oliver. Taylor also enjoys crafts and crocheting.
